So I’ve been going rather insane with my fitness lately. Within the last 2 months alone I’ve lost 15 pounds, that puts me at a total loss of 45 pounds since late august of last year. I can honestly say that I feel amazing. I’ve started a new regime of running at least 3 miles a day EVERY DAY till July 3rd (My birthday). After doing it for a few days its almost a breeze, maybe I should up the mileage? I really want to lose about 10 more pounds, then begin a muscle building regiment. Anyone have any advice? I already eat 5 super small meals a day, my work out is always in the morning before any meal and I generally don’t eat after 8. Thanks in advance for any help!
